Day 12 — Kickoff and planning

One real-ish mini-product: “client” (the lead) wants a feature for the training app.
- Lead briefs the feature roughly on purpose (vague, like real clients).
- BA runs intake: extract requirements, open questions back to "client", ticket pack + spec artifact. QA drafts the test matrix from the criteria. Devs ask questions only through the tickets (that's the point).
- Course (leads): finish AI-native SDLC playbook.
Skills today
- Ticket-pack writing (story + Given/When/Then + open questions): Core BA skill; the zero-questions test makes quality measurable
